In addition to our standard Terms and Conditions, the following East Bay Batch policies apply to the batch mixes that we offer.

* Prices do not include delivery.
* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* All sales are c.o.d.
* A refundable $6.50 deposit is charged per drum on orders shipped in this packaging.
* Batch shipped in small bags (15 lb bags) will be charged an additional price of .07 per pound and will be added to your invoice after your order is completed.
* We can provide a shipping quote to your studio. Please tell us if you have a forklift, loading dock or if you need a liftgate truck.
* Delivery is available via our truck for local customers and various LTL freight carriers nationwide.

Please allow 5 business days on all orders, 10 business days for orders of 5,000 lbs. or larger. 10 business days for custom batch orders. This does not include shipping time. There is a 15% charge on rush orders.

All East Bay Batches mixed from the purest available sands and chemicals in stainless steel machinery for contamination-free glass. Our formulas do not contain lead or arsenic. Although our batch is not pelletized, it is thoroughly blended and ready for use. Our batch products do not have problems with separation or long-term storage. All batch is date coded on each container for reference. We recommend thorough testing of all glass for your studio requirements.

An M.S.D.S. is available on all material used in standard batches.
